This year, you may opt for a 2-night OR 3-night stay, with additional nights available on either end of the retreat dates!

              Access to the sewing room is available 24 hours per day beginning at 12 Noon on Wednesday, Feb 28
              Hotel rooms may not be available until standard check-in time on the day you arrive (4PM).

The rooms are FABULOUS! 

Each standard bedroom includes:

The sewing space is TREMENDOUS!  It is on the main floor of the hotel and has:

     a 6-foot table for each quilter,
     an electrical outlet for each quilter,
     additional tables for cutting, sandwiching and laying out quilts, and
     a Keurig coffee maker

The hotel staff will assist with carrying luggage and sewing equipment and supplies into the facility.  There is an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying items up and down stairs.

Be forewarned:  You must bring your own task lights!

This fee includes all applicable service charges and tax on food and beverages as well as the state and local room taxes.  There is no resort fee.  Wireless internet and parking are included in the rate.


In addition, there a $20 guild deposit required from each person.  This must be paid to the retreat organizer ASAP to guarantee your participation.  Of this, $10 will be refunded to guild members during the retreat.  There is no refund to non-members.

The hotel has also agreed to a special rate for the three days prior and three days following the retreat dates to allow participants to arrive before the retreat begins or extend their vacation beyond the retreat days.  The "shoulder" rate for each additional night is $90 per room plus 9.7% tax, without regard to single or double occupancy.  There are no meals available at the hotel during the add-on days.

When the guild receives your deposit, you will be given a "room assignment code" which allows you to book your room directly with the hotel using your credit card.  The hotel will charge your credit card for one night (at the package rate) per room at the time you make your reservation.  Rooms in the RNQG block will be released on February 1, 2018, so it is important that you make your hotel reservation before that date!

Breakfasts are buffet-style and are available from 7:00 - 10:00AM. Included are omelet and waffle stations. Breads are purchased from a French bakery in Hyannis. Those with dietary issues will be accommodated.

Breakfasts and dinners will be served in the Ocean View Room, which looks out at Old Silver Beach.

Lunch is your responsibility.  Red's Restaurant is on the premises and the food is delicious! Those who prefer to lunch elsewhere can choose from many of the wonderful restaurants in Falmouth.

Cancellations must be made by contacting the hotel Reservations Office!  
If more than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee.  The remainder of your deposit is refunded.
Less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, your entire deposit (one night's stay) is forfeited.
